Four Niners Fans Arrested For Parking Lot Assault On A Vikings Fan

Following Monday night’s season opening win for the 49ers, a group of fans were seen beating up a Vikings’ fan wearing an Antoine Winfield jersey in the stadium’s parking lot, along with a security guard who came over and tried to help. On Friday, four fans were arrested for felony assault.

The suspects include Felix Chavira, who is wearing the #28 49ers jersey in the the video, Juan Arias, wearing the white jacket, and Eric Martinez, who has the Jerry Rice jersey on. The fourth was a minor.

According to witnesses, the Vikings’ fan was talking trash, but still received an uncalled for beating.
